SpeedLimiting

This has 4 values for speed. The numbers are autoON, manON, autoOFF, manON.

autON - the speed at which the ECU will start reducing boost for an automatic car.

manON - the speed at which the Ecu will start reducing boost for a manual car.

autoOFF - the speed at which the Ecu will no longer reduice boost for an automatic car.

manOFF - the speed at which the Ecu will no longer reduce boost for a manual car.
